Your Profile:

• Identify, target and convert new potential business prospects for Activities Pan India.
• Handling & Client Servicing all Regional event Organizers for Regular & Festival events
• Support the DIY onboarding process for incoming event listing client leads, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, working towards reducing complaint numbers and enhancing user satisfaction.
• Take full accountability of the the accounts assigned to him/her.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing and promotional activities are aligned with event listings and business objectives.

Your Checklist:

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of drafting emails and can calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Always polite and helpful with people and dealing calmly with difficult situations.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
