What You'll Do

• Assist Product Managers in defining product strategy and execution.
• Conduct user research by speaking with riders, merchants, franchise owners, and internal operations teams.
• Conduct Product GTMs.
• Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze product performance using SQL, dashboards, and experimentation.
• Define success metrics and monitor feature adoption after launch.
• Prioritize features based on customer impact and business value.
• Coordinate launches and ensure smooth rollout of new features.

What We are Looking For

• Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into structured solutions.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn by doing.
• Previous product internship experience is good to have

Preferred Skills

• Basic SQL
• Familiarity with Figma
• Understanding of APIs and system workflows
• Knowledge of Agile development processes
• Experience building products, startups, hackathons, or side projects is a plus
