Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Implementation-4C professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with the company's business needs and objectives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and translating them into functional solutions. The candidate should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow - ITSM modules in line with business requirements.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
