As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities.\nWindchill MPMLink Architect / Analyst Birlasoft is looking for Windchill MPMLink Architect / Analyst who will own the functional and solution architecture of Manufacturing PLM using PTC Windchill MPMLink, while also acting as the lead business analyst for manufacturing processes.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Ensure alignment with manufacturing best practices and PLM standards\n- Lead requirement‑gathering workshops with Manufacturing, Engineering, and other teams\n- Analyze AS‑IS and TO‑BE manufacturing processes:\n- Define functional requirements for the business processes to be implemented\n- Own end‑to‑end MPMLink solution design, including: Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) architecture, EBOM → MBOM associativity and transformation rules, Plant / site‑specific manufacturing views\n- Define OOTB vs configuration/customization strategy for MPMLink\n- Drive defect triage and validation sign‑off\n- Define functional requirements for MPMLink integration with ERP / MES\n- Conduct user training, demos, and adoption support for manufacturing users
