Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities). Job Accountabilities b Have good understanding of the Electric vehicle Charging/ Energy business processes, functions, business drivers/ KPIs and IT solutions. b Ensure business continuity and high availability of business applications as per SLA b Provide level 2 support to the business applications as per SLA b Investigate problem trends, identify root cause of problems and suggest possible solutions to business b Ensure on time delivery of business data requirements
