Head of Algorithmic Execution Services, AMER Cash Equities & Futures

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution services supporting clients using algorithmic trading during AMER hours for cash equities and futures.
• Monitor live algorithms, troubleshoot issues, manage client communications, and oversee trading risk during production events.
• Maintain deep working knowledge of execution algorithms to address client inquiries and diagnose performance or behavior issues.
• Act as a subject-matter resource for clients and internal teams. Understand client trading strategies and usage patterns. Recommend appropriate algorithms, conduct TCA reviews, and support increased platform adoption.
• Lead response during system issues or market events, including escalation, risk oversight, and client communication. Maintain risk management procedures for algorithmic execution.
• Partner with technology and quantitative teams to improve monitoring, diagnostics, and platform stability.
• Lead beta testing and support client onboarding for new algorithmic features.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software or Computer Engineering, or related discipline + 5 years of relevant experience.
