Job Description
The Role
We are seeking an EST based Growth Marketing Lead to own how people find Teamup, the calendar trusted by over 5 million users that helps businesses organize schedules, resources and teams for efficient operations at any scale, and what happens after they sign up. You own the self-serve funnel end to end: the viral loops inside the product, the AI onboarding experience that activates every new customer, search in all its new forms, on-site conversion, and lifecycle email. This is a doer role on a flat team.
Responsibilities
- Build and amplify the in-product viral loops and word-of-mouth engine with design and engineering
- Lead the AI onboarding build
- Own lifecycle email from signup through upgrade
- Grow organic acquisition across SEO, GEO, and AEO so Teamup is findable wherever people and AI assistants look for scheduling
- Drive information architecture and on-site conversion in partnership with design and content
- Build upmarket intent: you figure out where bigger buyers evaluate and make Teamup present there
- Own the numbers: signups, activation rate, and self-serve free-to-paid conversion
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth or lifecycle marketing at a product-led SaaS company
- You have led in-product viral loops and self-serve conversion work, with results you can show
- Hands-on SEO depth plus a working grasp of how AI-driven search is changing discovery
- Fluent in the tools and the data: analytics, experimentation, email platforms, light HTML/CSS, and AI tools in daily use
- Experience partnering with design and engineering to ship growth work inside the product, not just around it
Who You Are
- You build with AI every day because you want to, and you treat the funnel like a product you own
- You would rather run ten small experiments than one big campaign, and you measure everything you ship
