Manager – Chartered Accountant

About the Role:\nWe are looking for a Manager - Chartered Accountant to support financial operations, planning, and management in a fast-growing aerospace manufacturing setup. This role is ideal for individuals who want hands-on exposure to finance in a scaling organization and work closely with leadership on business-critical financial decisions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations.\n- Manage payroll processing and compliance using Zoho Payroll, including salary disbursement, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and payroll record management.\n- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.\n- Monitor and track budgets, costs, and financial performance against targets.\n- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.\n- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and financial regulations.\n- Coordinate with internal teams for cost tracking, procurement, and expense management.\n- Assist in cash flow management and working capital planning.\n- Support internal and external audits, including documentation and reporting.\n- Contribute to process improvements and financial controls in an early-stage setup.\nLocation: Hyderabad, India (On-site)\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nRequired:\n- Chartered Accountant (CA).\n- 4-5 years of Experience.\n- Exposure to budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.\n- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting, and reporting.\nPreferred:\n- Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup.\n- Exposure to early-stage or growing organizations.\n- Familiarity with ERP systems / financial software.\n\nBenefits\nWhat You’ll Gain:\n- Hands-on exposure to finance in a fast-scaling manufacturing organization.\n- Opportunity to work closely with leadership on financial strategy and decision-making.\n- Cross-functional exposure across operations, supply chain, and business functions.\n- Strong foundation in financial planning, analysis, and controls.\n- Accelerated career growth in a high-impact role.\n
