What We're Looking For

• You bring 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a multinational technology environment, with at least 3+ years in a senior manager or director role leading core HR operations, HRBP functions, and People strategies.
• You have demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning, career framework design, L&D program execution, and employee retention strategies within high-growth tech companies in India.
• You possess deep expertise in Indian labor laws, local employment practices, statutory compliance, POSH requirements, and regional benefit administration.
• You have proven experience reporting directly into US/overseas leadership and collaborating seamlessly across global time zones within a matrixed organization.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (an MBA or Master’s degree in HR/Labor Relations, and certifications like SHRM-SCP or SPHRi, are preferred).
• You possess exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with strong analytical abilities to leverage HR metrics and employee feedback for executive decision-making.
