As Atwell continues to grow, this role may also support our acquisition and integration efforts, including:
- Participating in HR due diligence and employee integration activities.
- Comparing benefits, policies, handbooks, and employee programs.
- Supporting newly acquired employees as they transition into Atwell.
- Partnering with leaders and HR teams to execute integration plans.
- Helping ensure consistent application of company policies and HR practices across acquired organizations.
- Tracking integration activities and communicating progress, risks, and outstanding items.
Some travel, including occasional overnight travel, may be required.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an HR professional who brings strong business partnership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both employees and leaders.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Approximately 5–8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally including HR Business Partner or similar responsibilities.
- Experience supporting managers and business or operational leaders.
- Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, compensation, and employee engagement.
- The ability to coach leaders through people-related challenges and sensitive employee matters.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using HR data and metrics to identify trends and support business decisions.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or employee integrations is a plus, but is not required.
For candidates bringing deeper HR Business Partner experience, significant acquisition/integration exposure, or broader senior-level HR expertise, we are open to considering compensation up to $120,000.
