Design, develop and execute performance test scripts using tool such as JMeter/ K6.
Analyse test results and identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and reliability problems.
Profile performance bottlenecks by using profiling tools and identify root cause.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements and translate them into effective performance test scenarios.
Provide recommendations for performance improvements based on test results and analysis.
Monitor system performance during load tests to identify performance degradation and potential optimizations.
Create performance testing reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.
Participate in architectural and design reviews to provide performance-related insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools, techniques, and best practices.
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

8 to 12 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter or K6.
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Efficient in using AI tools like Claude / Codex and designing skills which enable E2E performance test script design
Hands on experience with profiling tools like Datadog, JVisual VM, GC analysis, AWR report analysis, heap dump and thread dump analysis to identify performance bottlenecks.
Familiarity with SQL or Oracle queries
Basic understanding of C#, Java or any programming language.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
