Support non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) closure
-
Integration for Test
-
Execute stages buildup for static fire campaigns, including sensor installation, fluid line routing, and test interface integration.
-
Support Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and formal engine acceptance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a closely related discipline).
- Hands-on experience commissioning and operating proof pressure and leak test rigs.
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T, torque/tension practices, and vibration/thermal management for propulsion fluid lines.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality frameworks (AS9100, NADCAP) and applicable safety standards.
- Proven ability to execute in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
Key Attributes
- Meticulous attention to detail with a first-time-right mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-disciplinary teams — technicians and fluid systems engineers.
