About the role
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead WPAC product/program management activities.
- Support senior acquisition strategy, medical product development, business operations, schedules, risk, testing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Lead IPTs/working groups and support milestone decision activities.
- Coordinate staff workload, vacancies, task coverage and standardized processes.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Senior DoD acquisition/program management.
- Medical product development.
- DoDI 5000 and PPBE.
- Acquisition documentation and milestone support.
- PMO business operations.
- Team leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Defense Acquisition Systems.
- Strong program/project leadership.
- Ability to independently manage complex medical product programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Travel: Up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current WPAC incumbent Team Lead/Senior Product Manager.
- DHA/PAE MP experience.
- Combat casualty care or acute-care medical product experience.
- FDA-regulated medical product experience.
- DAWIA/PMP or equivalent.
Min. Citizenship Status Required:
U.S Citizenship.
