Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute end-to-end design for products, prioritizing ideas based on research and data points.
- Maintain visual consistency and follow brand guidelines across the product.
- Participate in design critiques, reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
- Drive rapid iteration and shipping of features by leveraging AI tools to accelerate the design process.
- Proactively bring new product ideas and innovative solutions to the table based on market insights and user needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience shipping products on AI platforms and designing with an AI-first approach.
- Self Aware, grit to learn and grow in career
- Good proficiency in Figma and Figma motion. Anything else is learnable.
- Strong sense of visual design: layout, typography, color, and composition.
- A portfolio (or relevant projects) showcasing visual, branding, or UI work is a must.
