Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who can drive hiring strategy, workforce planning, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment delivery across AIW unit. The individual should be capable of building hiring plans, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering against aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute hiring strategy aligned to business goals.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent demand forecasting.
• Drive end-to-end hiring for critical and niche roles.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and compensation guidance.
• Drive process excellence, hiring governance, and candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Experience in building hiring strategies and managing large-scale hiring programs.
• Proven track record in technology, consulting, analytics, or leadership hiring.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong experience hiring for L&D Domain, analytics, technology, data science or AI/ML domains domain.
• Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in niche hiring.
• Knowledge of market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and offer management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
