Team Lead

Education:

• BE / B. Tech or PG in IT / CS or equivalent

Experience:

• 10-15 years of professional Application Development work experience in Web and Client Server environment, with an emphasis on full life-cycle systems development including systems design, development, and maintenance/support using ASP.Net/Java/PHP technologies
• Excellent command over relevant programming languages/frameworks/new AI developments/HTML/CSS/JavaScript etc.
• 6+ years of experience as senior software developer/team lead position.
• Work experience must span over 4 IT assignments as Tech Lead.
• Experience of handling team of at least 8 members building high performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
• Capable to independently deal with clients and make solution presentations.
• Candidate having experience in MVC Architecture development will be given preference.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
• Any certification in Dot Net technology from a reputed organization.
• Working experience for government clients would be added advantage.
• Candidate should have executed senior role of being part of development teams in more than 5 big projects.
• Technology benchmarking experience
• Candidate should be self-driven and capable of generating PoC (Proof of concepts) directly and through a team.
