- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), Google Suite, Tableau, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
- Experience with data visualization and incorporating charts, graphs, and infographics into written content.
What You'll Do:
- Edit content for clarity, tone, voice, grammar, and style, ensuring all materials are polished and professional.
- Refine and rework existing content to improve readability, flow, and engagement.
- Proofread for errors in grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Write copy, briefs, abstracts, headlines, and summaries for content promotion.
- Partner with writers to develop thought leadership content, occasionally contributing as a ghostwriter.
- Coach writers to improve written pieces and provide feedback they can apply in the future.
- Apply sound editorial judgment and ensure all content aligns with AlphaSense's brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to convey product value through effective content.
- Work with the design team to integrate insights and data visualizations into content.
- Stay current on market trends and competitor content, and ensure content is optimized for SEO.
- Monitor the performance of published content and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Assist with managing the Research & Thought Leadership editorial calendar, including reports, articles, webinars, events, newsletters, and campaign assets.
- Maintain team process documentation, including style guides, intake processes, and workflow guides.
