To learn more about our mission and clinical approach, visit <a>allarahealth.com</a>.</p>\n<h3>Your Impact</h3>\n- Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and more.\n- Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video, including offering general movement, sleep, or stress management advice as needed and related to nutrition care.\n- Employ Allara’s provided nutrition training and educational materials to ensure consistent care while adapting to patient needs.\n- Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout the continuity of care.\n- Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in the medical management of your patients.\n- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.\n- Dedicate a minimum of <strong>10 patient-facing hours </strong>per week in addition to administrative time.\n- Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner.\n\n<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>\n- <strong>Certification:</strong> Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration <strong>(CDR)</strong>.\n- <strong>Experience:</strong> 1-year experience treating patients with complex women’s health conditions (strongly desired).\n- <strong>Clinical Independence:</strong> Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills\n- <strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity\n- <strong>Webside Manner:</strong> A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting\n- <strong>Evidence-Based Practice:</strong> A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research\n- <strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools\n- <strong>Telemedicine Experience:</strong> Prior telehealth experience is a plus\n- <strong>State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations:</strong> An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Dietitian in at least <strong>one</strong> U.S. state is required.\n\n<h3>What Allara Offers</h3>\n- <strong>1099 Contract:</strong> The flexibility and autonomy of an independent contractor arrangement\n- <strong>Competitive Compensation:</strong> Per-visit rates plus additional pay for charting, administrative tasks, and other patient-related work\n- <strong>1099 Longevity Recognition Bonus</strong>\n- <strong>Continuing Education:</strong> Access to multiple free, live CEU sessions every month, plus a Women\u2019s Health Certificate of Training launching in 2027!\n- <strong>Fully Remote:</strong> Work from anywhere in the U.S.\n- <strong>Malpractice Insurance:</strong> Comprehensive coverage provided at no cost to you\n- <strong>Mission-Driven Work:</strong> Help transform the standard of care for women living with conditions that have historically been underdiagnosed and undertreated\n- <strong>Collaborative Provider Network:</strong> Connect with and learn from a community of skilled, like-minded Allara clinicians\n- <strong>Inclusive Culture:</strong> Join a supportive, diverse team that values innovation, equity, and belonging\n\nAt Allara, we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
