Developer Advocate - Network APIs

All Together, Extraordinary

adunaglobal.com

Aduna is the Connector of networks, bringing together leading telecom operators and technology partners to simplify global access to Network APIs. Through a single, unified platform, we enable businesses and developers to build more secure, seamless and innovative digital services.

We are looking for a Developer Advocate to become Aduna's public-facing voice within the global developer community as part of our Demand Generation team.

As Aduna’s voice in the developer community, you’ll bring network APIs closer to developers and turn awareness into real adoption. You’ll grow and engage developer audiences across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and independent communities including GitHub, Stack Overflow, YouTube and Discord, using technical content, events, demos and hands-on engagement to take developers from curiosity to their first successful API call.

What You'll Do

• Grow an engaged developer audience for network APIs across your own and Aduna's channels: technical videos, livestreams, blog posts, social media and newsletters.
• Speak at developer conferences, meetups and hackathons, with live coding and live demos on the Aduna sandbox as your signature format.
• Build and publish sample apps, starter kits and tutorials on GitHub that developers actually use and star.
• Run community programmes: hackathons, workshops, office hours and developer challenges, in your region and beyond.
• Feed what developers tell you back to Product and Engineering, and work with our use-case experts to keep content technically accurate.
• Own and report your numbers: audience growth, content reach and engagement, sandbox sign-ups, time to first API call and active developers.

What You bring:

• A proven public developer audience. For example, a substantial following on LinkedIn, X, YouTube or GitHub, a blog or newsletter with regular readers, or an active community you run or co-lead. Please include links and numbers in your application.
• A track record as a speaker at developer conferences or meetups, with recordings we can watch, and confidence doing live demos in front of a technical audience.
• 4+ years in developer relations, technical evangelism or hands-on engineering with public-facing work.
• The ability to write and ship working code (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java), not just describe it.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and REST APIs.
• A results mindset: you set goals for reach and adoption, measure them and adjust.
• Plus: experience with CPaaS, telecom APIs, identity, authentication or fraud prevention, and existing ties to developer communities in India or Central and Eastern Europe

Why Join Aduna?

• Be the public voice of a company shaping the future of programmable connectivity.
• Build a Developer Advocacy function from the ground up and have a direct impact on strategy.
• Work at the intersection of telecommunications, cloud platforms, APIs, and developer ecosystems.
• Collaborate with global technology leaders, hyperscalers, and innovative partners.
• Gain visibility across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership.
• Help define how developers interact with one of the most exciting new technology categories in the market.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation package.
• Opportunity to work with a globally distributed team of industry experts.
• Flexible working arrangements.
• Professional development and conference participation opportunities.
• Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and global-scale initiatives.
• The chance to shape a rapidly growing company and make a visible impact from day one.

How to apply:

Please include links to your public profiles (GitHub, LinkedIn, YouTube or blog) and at least one recording of a talk or live demo. Applications without public references won't be considered. Shortlisted candidates will give a 10-minute live demo in the interview.
