Full-Stack Lead Developer

Overview of Role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in Python, Django/Django REST Framework, React, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role requires strong hands-on technical capabilities along with the ability to design scalable applications, make architectural decisions, guide developers, and take technical ownership of application delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and developing enterprise applications, REST APIs, database solutions, and cloud-native systems deployed on GCP.

Responsibilities:

• 8-12 years of experience in design and develop scalable applications using Python, Django/DRF, FastAPI, React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Own solution design across application, data and integration layers.
• Design secure REST APIs, authentication/authorization and system integrations.
• Build and optimize solutions using PostgreSQL/Cloud SQL, Django ORM and caching.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native applications on GCP using services such as Cloud Run/GKE, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM and Cloud Storage.
• Drive application security, performance, scalability and reliability.
• Lead code reviews, engineering standards, CI/CD and production troubleshooting.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders.
