Sales Partner

We’re not hiring a salesperson. We’re recruiting a force multiplier for egomonk’s worldview. egomonk is a global intelligence platform working at the intersection of AI, storytelling, and systems change. This role is for someone who wants to sell rare, useful ideas, not commodities. Your work will shape which leaders, institutions, and ecosystems get access to the insights and products we build. What success looks like Success in this role is brutally simple and very demanding: You consistently create net‑new revenue from the right customers: leaders, teams, and organizations who will actually use our products to change behavior, not just signal virtue. You deeply understand Egomonk’s portfolio, narrative, and thesis, and can translate them into clear, concrete business value for very different stakeholders (founders, policymakers, CXOs, operators). You build a personal pipeline that is anti-fragile: multiple channels, multiple geographies, and multiple deal sizes, all compounding over time. You turn every interaction into a learning loop: better targeting, sharper messaging, cleaner qualification, and more predictable cycles. You leave a trail of delighted customers who describe you as: “They told us the truth, even when it cost them the deal.” If you’re successful, it will be obvious in three ways: the numbers are healthy, the right customers stay and expand, and our brand feels sharper, not diluted. What you will actually do You will: Hunt: Identify, prioritize, and pursue accounts across India and global markets that sit at the intersection of AI, strategy, and societal impact. Diagnose: Run conversations that feel more like strategic audits than pitches—clarifying the real problem, not just the surface request. Design: Co‑create solutions using Egomonk’s products, content, and intelligence capabilities, aligning them to outcomes you can measure and revisit. Close and steward: Run clean, honest negotiations and then stay close enough to ensure what we sold is being used, measured, and evolved. Build systems: Help us instrument a sales engine—playbooks, cadences, CRM hygiene, and feedback loops into product and content—so that we’re getting smarter with every touch. You’ll have the room to shape how we sell, not just execute a script. How we will work together This is not a high‑control, hand‑holding environment. You will get context, clarity, and direct feedback. You will not get a daily checklist. You will thrive if you: Take initiative without waiting for permission. Communicate crisply—short messages, high signal, no drama. Treat tools (Apollo, CRM, AI agents, workflows) as leverage, not crutches. Are comfortable that our work spans AI, policy, markets, and culture—and that you must keep up. We care more about your ability to learn, synthesize, and act than your familiarity with any specific sales methodology. Who this is for This role is for someone with: 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in tech, media, or consulting. Evidence of owning a target and beating it without burning bridges—references who will vouch for both your performance and your character. Strong written and spoken communication, especially with senior stakeholders. A bias for high integrity: you say no when the fit is wrong, you don’t oversell, you don’t hide bad news. A bias for high agency: when something is ambiguous or broken, your first instinct is to clarify, fix, or redesign. If you’re looking for a place to coast or to hide in process, this will be a painful fit. What we offer in return You’ll get: A front‑row seat to how AI, media, and strategy are colliding to reshape institutions. Direct access to founders, operators, and thinkers across India and global networks. Meaningful upside tied to outcomes you can influence: revenue, retention, and expansion. The chance to help define how Egomonk sells and who we choose to serve. How to know if this role is calling you Ask yourself: Do I enjoy the long, often messy arc from “cold outreach” to “trusted partner”? Am I willing to be measured on outcomes, not activities? Does the idea of selling intelligence, not inventory, energize me? Do I want my work to outlive the quarter and actually move systems, not just dashboards? If the honest answer is yes—and you can prove it with your track record—then you’re likely who we’re looking for.
